From May 8 to 10,2025, under the guidance of the China National Light Industry Councils Vocational Ability Evaluation Center and the China Daily Chemicals Association Evaluation General Station, the fifth Cosmetics Efficacy Evaluation Specialist (Level 3) Vocational Ability Evaluation Training Course was successfully held in Beijing. The event was organized by the Beijing Daily Chemicals Association in collaboration with PinGuan Technology, co-organized by Beijing Yiwushi Testing Technology Co., Ltd., the China Daily Chemicals Associations Cosmetics Discipline Construction and Innovation Development Professional Committee, and the Beijing Daily Chemicals Associations Cosmetics Efficacy Evaluation Professional Committee, with support from Beijing Jinhongfan Trade Co., Ltd., Tianjin Daily Chemicals Association, Shandong Daily Chemicals Industry Association, and Hebei Pharmaceutical Industry Association.
The training venue for this session is the meeting room in Building 15 of our company. The training session was led by six efficacy evaluation experts who systematically explained the theoretical knowledge system of cosmetic efficacy evaluation based on the professional competence standards for third-level evaluators. The practical session combined demonstrations with explanations to guide participants in mastering the data/image acquisition norms for skin testers and delving into key points of data processing and statistical analysis techniques.

The Beijing Daily Chemicals Association, as the first professional competence evaluation base for cosmetic efficacy evaluators in China, implements the "Cosmetic Efficacy Evaluator" light industry professional competence evaluation standards. Before the assessment, candidates undergo strict qualification reviews, and a comprehensive on-site audit process is established. The assessment content covers both theoretical and practical subjects, realistically reflecting the skill requirements in real work scenarios. The evaluation scope includes professional foundational knowledge, operational technical norms, industry laws and regulations, among other aspects, with detailed scoring for each segment after the exam.

The content of this training session is detailed, focused, and highly targeted, earning unanimous recognition from the trainees. Combining training with assessment further deepens the participants understanding and mastery of professional skills. Trainees who pass both theoretical and practical operation evaluations will receive a professional capability evaluation certificate —— Cosmetics Efficacy Appraiser (Level 3) jointly issued by the China National Light Industry Council, the China Light Industry Vocational Ability Evaluation Center, and the China Daily Chemicals Association.
